Scott's background consist of sales management, real estate and property management. He specializes in dealing with tenant complaints, rent collection, eviction process,
court proceedings and managing properties for real estate owners.
Along with his knowledge of the Cleveland and surrounding areas, he's the expert in real estate investing for beginners and season investors. This includes residential single family, multi-family units, buy & hold, HUD properties, bank-owned/REO's, rehab and sell or flipping.
SARAH T. | EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT-TEAM COORDINATOR
Sarah is assist with dozens of clients throughout the Greater Cleveland and surrounding area. Her sales experience along with customer service expertise fits in harmony with the Team.
Sarah brings a lot of attention to detail in our marketing and promotion projects. An expert dealing with tenants, maintenance issues and accounting, she's always willing to assist our clients and get the issue resolved immediately.
MALIQ A. | Marketing Director
Maliq is the genius of the team and has a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications. His role is assisting in the implementation of strategic marketing plans, along with increasing and maintaining our presence on social media platforms to better communicate and service our clients.
NIKKI C. | Residential Rental Advisor
Nikki has always loved architecture and real estate, historic districts and new construction. Like many others growing up in Cleveland, she has learned the ends and out of this beautiful city and all it has to offer.
While previously working in fundraising and development, Nikki has interacted with various clients from all walks, giving her the opportunities to hone her people skills and truly connect with an individual and their needs.
Brad W. | Field Services Manager
Brad approaches his profession with honesty, ethics and possess a skill set that enables his clients to successfully navigate smoothly through maintenance & repair issues.
His passion is residential and investment real estate sales. Brett’s enjoys working in the field with our contractors, completing inspections and providing detailed assessments for our investors clients.
Amelia S. | Court Liaison
Amelia's background is home design and marketing. She coordinates with real estate attorneys and court staff to ensure the eviction process is a less stressful transition.
