Before we can develop a Market Strategy, we need to know where buyers come from. How will they discover your home? According to the National Association of Realtors annual Profile of Home Buyer’s and Sellers, over 76% of home buyer’s found the home they purchased from two main sources: the Internet and their Real Estate Agent.
Our marketing plan is designed to target each one of these channels, with a particular emphasis on Online Exposure, Real Estate Agent Outreach, and a Word of Mouth strategy to reach family, friends and neighbors. This focus leads to more awareness about your listing, which leads to more traffic and more offers.
Our listings are optimized across the following real estate search portals and social media outlets. In some cases, your home will be featured, or we will purchase advertising for your listing.
REAL ESTATE AGENT OUTREACH
Some buyers don’t have time to continuously monitor the internet for new listings and they rely on their agent to find available homes and make recommendations. We target this channel using the following strategies:
E-blasts: Periodic email blasts to active agents and brokers in your market
Old Fashioned Networking: Personal contact with the top agents and brokers in your market
Broker Open House: Weekday broker open houses gives agents the opportunity to preview the home prior to presenting it to their client. This gives us the opportunity to “sell” it to the agents
WORD OF MOUTH
A smaller percentage of buyers find their new home through family, friends, and word of mouth. We want to make sure that this channel is optimized and we accomplish this by using the following strategies:

*Social Media: We encourage our clients to share our listing on their social media pages
*Flyers: Professionally designed and printed property flyers
*Direct mail: Just listed postcards sent to your neighbors
*Public Open House: We promote our open houses directly to buyers online, to buyer’s agents and your neighbors
